In the unlikely event if you have an issue with one of our batteries we have developed a straight forward warranty policy:
o For all returns or warranty claims contact BlueNova Lithium directly.
o We only offer 1 year warranty to the accessories, like the LCD meter and the Charger. Any battery-related technical support is welcome and free.
o BlueNova Lithium offers a 10 year manufacture defective warranty on all our lithium batteries from the date of purchase . This warranty will be excluded for the below situation:
- Damage caused mishandling of the Product
- Damage due to improper installation; loose terminal connections, under-sized cabling, incorrect connection, like reverse polarity.
- Environmental damage such as inappropriate storage conditions, exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, fire or freezing, or water damage, impact, or collision
- Battery is used for applications that is not designed and intended for, including repeated engine starting ,an Air Conditioner or similar device having a locked rotor startup current that far over the BMS limit.
- Battery is used on an over-sized inverter/charger (it is better to consult with us firstly about the inverter/charger to be used on the battery)
o Warranty only applies to original owner (non-transferable).
o If you have any quality issue with our battery within the warranty period, please contact our supporters to help firstly further diagnose the problem. If the battery does not meet our manufacture standards, then BlueNova Lithium will do the free replacement or the refund on our account.
